Welcome to New Blood.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the New Blood online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by New Blood Fashion Group Oy, a company incorporated in Finland, and powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

When you place an order through our online store, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An order becomes binding upon confirmation by New Blood, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including situations involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues or technical errors.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Your rights to cancel an order or exercise the statutory right of withdrawal are governed by applicable law and our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
You may not purchase products for unlawful purposes or for unauthorized commercial resale where such activity is prohibited by applicable law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices displayed in our online store are subject to change without notice.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless a clear pricing error has occurred.
Where applicable, prices include VAT and other taxes required by law. Any applicable shipping costs or other charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, production delays or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to delivery, delayed delivery or transfer of risk under applicable law.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content made available through our Services, including trademarks, logos, brand names, text, product descriptions, images, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to New Blood Fashion Group Oy or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We do not necessarily monitor, control or have input into such third-party tools.

We are not responsible for the content, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
New Blood is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through our online store are transactions between you and New Blood Fashion Group Oy.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by New Blood and is not responsible for the products, orders, refunds or other aspects of transactions between you and New Blood, except where required by applicable law.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, fulfilling orders and providing related services.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
