Returns & Cancellation Policy
This Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through our online store.
1. Cancellation & Return Requests
If you wish to cancel your order or initiate a return, you can submit your request directly through our online store by clicking the Withdraw button at the bottom of the page.

When contacting customer service, please include your order number and a clear statement explaining that you wish to cancel or return your order.
Returns initiated without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected following inspection or may be subject to a reduced refund.
3. Inspection & Refunds
All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse to verify their condition.
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received and verified, and in any case no later than 14 days after receipt at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Right of Withdrawal — EU Customers
Customers within the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit your request directly through our online store by clicking the Withdraw button at the bottom of the page.
To encourage mindful purchasing and reduce unnecessary logistics and environmental impact associated with returns, the following costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted:
- Original shipping costs, where applicable
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Fraud Prevention & Misuse
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, abuse of the return process, or attempts to misrepresent the condition of a product or transaction.
Suspected fraudulent activity may be investigated and, where appropriate, may result in:
- Cancellation or refusal of a refund
- Restrictions or refusal of future orders
- Notification to relevant payment service providers or authorities where legally necessary
7. Non-Accepted Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy or that are reasonably suspected of misuse or fraudulent activity.
