We offer different delivery timeframes depending on product availability. Please review the applicable timeframe below before placing your order.
1. In-Stock Items
Orders containing in-stock items are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please note that the estimated delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
2. Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are produced specifically for your order and require approximately 12 weeks for production and delivery.
Please allow the full estimated timeframe when placing a pre-order. Production and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will normally be shipped once all items are ready.
If you would prefer to receive the in-stock items separately, please contact our Customer Service. Additional shipping costs may apply where applicable.
4. Delivery Times & Delays
All delivery and production times stated in this policy are estimates.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors including, but not limited to:
